Gas cookers, hobs, ovens, gas fires, decorative flame-effect fires, gas water heaters, and standalone gas appliances. All major brands.
How often should gas appliances be serviced?
Annually for landlords (required as part of CP12) and recommended for owner-occupiers, especially for gas fires. Keeps them safe, efficient, and maintains manufacturer warranty.
How much does a service cost?
£80 to £150 plus VAT per appliance. Discounts available when combined with annual boiler service or CP12 landlord certificate.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes — all gas work by Gas Safe registered engineers.
What does the service include?
Visual inspection, gas tightness test, combustion analysis (where applicable), flue/ventilation check, safety device test, and any cleaning needed. Signed service report.
Is there a call-out fee?
