How much does general plumbing cost?
Most plumbing jobs are quoted as a fixed price after diagnosis. Hourly labour £89 to £168.50 +VAT. Small jobs (tap washers, minor leaks) typically £89-£120 +VAT. Bigger jobs (new bathroom suite, kitchen refit) quoted per project after survey.
Do you fit bathrooms?
Yes — full bathroom installations including plumbing and tiling (via trusted tilers we work with). Quoted after site survey.
Do you unblock drains + toilets?
Yes. For main-sewer blockages outside the property boundary, you may need your water company — we can diagnose over the phone and advise.
Is there a call-out fee?
No. Standard call-out and travel always included. Out-of-hours emergency rates higher — see our emergency plumber page.
Do you guarantee the work?
