Hertfordshire and North London are particularly hard water areas.
How much does installation cost?
£300 to £800 plus VAT depending on softener size, brand, and installation location. Includes mains isolation, new bypass valve, drain connection, and commissioning.
What softener brands do you fit?
Kinetico, Harvey, BWT, EcoWater, TwinTec, Monarch, Tapworks. Electric and non-electric models. We help choose based on household size, water hardness, and budget.
Does it need maintenance?
Yes — refill with softener salt every 4-6 weeks (typical family home). We can also service annually to check valves, resin bed, and efficiency.
Is there a call-out fee?
No. Standard call-out and travel always included.
