What smart heating systems do you install?
Hive, Google Nest, Tado, Honeywell, Heatmiser neo, Drayton Wiser, and others. Single-zone and multi-zone. Retrofit and new-install.
Will it work with my boiler?
Usually yes — modern smart thermostats work with most UK boilers (OpenTherm, on/off, Honeywell protocols). We confirm compatibility during survey. Some older boilers need a relay or OpenTherm adaptor.
How much does it cost?
Depends on system and zones. Single-zone retrofit (e.g. Nest 3rd gen): £200-£400 plus the thermostat + VAT. Multi-zone (e.g. Heatmiser neo, 5+ zones with per-radiator control): £800-£2,500+ plus VAT.
Can you also integrate my underfloor heating?
Yes — Heatmiser neo and similar are built for multi-zone including UFH zones. We design the control system to cover radiators + UFH from one interface.
Is there a call-out fee?
No. Standard call-out and travel always included. Survey is free.
Do you guarantee the install?
1-year parts guarantee on everything we fit. Plus manufacturer warranty on the thermostat hardware.
