How much does a boiler service cost?
Domestic gas boiler servicing costs between £110 and £186. Commercial and oil-fired boiler servicing is £186.50 per boiler. Electric boiler servicing is approximately £138.50 + VAT. We always confirm the price before starting.
Do you provide landlord gas safety certificates?
Yes. We carry out gas safety inspections and issue CP12 certificates for landlords and homebuyers across Watford and surrounding areas. These are required annually by law for all rental properties with gas appliances.
