Radiator repair FAQs
Why is my radiator cold?
Cold at the top = air in the system (bleed it). Cold at the bottom = sludge build-up (may need a power flush). Cold entirely = stuck valve, failed TRV, or zone valve fault. We diagnose before we quote.
How much is a radiator repair?
£120 to £350 plus VAT for standard swaps and valve work. Larger systems or specialist radiators (designer, cast iron) quoted separately.
Do you do radiator replacements?
Yes — like-for-like swaps, upgrades to thermostatic valves (TRVs), designer radiator installs, and full central heating system rebalances.
Can you just bleed my radiators?
If the only issue is air in the system, you can bleed them yourself — most radiators have a bleed valve on top that opens with a radiator key. If bleeding does not resolve it, or if the radiator refuses to heat, call us.
Is there a call-out fee?
No. Standard call-out and travel always included.
Do you guarantee the work?
1-year parts guarantee on everything we fit. Workmanship backed by our standards.
