Failed heating element (no heat), faulty thermostat (wrong temperature or no response), PCB failure (boiler off or erratic behaviour), pressure sensor fault (pressure-related shutdowns), and expansion vessel issues (pressure creep). Many faults show an error code on the boiler display — photograph it before calling us.

Yes — Part P certified via LCL Awards Domestic Electrical Installer (DEI2022, cert 178050) which covers domestic electrical work including electric boiler service, repair and installation. That sits alongside our Gas Safe registration (gas) and OFTEC registration (oil), so we hold the correct qualifications across all three fuel types.

No separate call-out fee. We don't add a travel or attendance surcharge. Time spent inspecting, testing and diagnosing the fault is chargeable at our labour rate (minimum one hour). We quote a fixed price for any further repair work before any of it starts, and you're under no obligation to approve additional repairs.

1-year parts guarantee on everything we fit. Labour backed by our workmanship standards — if a repair does not resolve the fault, we return.

For a standard repair no — the price we agree after diagnosis is what you pay. If working on the boiler reveals a second underlying issue, we explain it, quote any additional work separately, and only proceed with your approval.
